Shipping policy

Orders are processed daily Monday through Friday from our fulfilment center in Rockville, Maryland. 

Most orders are shipped the next business day, or in some cases the same business day. You can expect delivery within 3 business days of your order shipping out.

How much is shipping?

It's our goal to deliver your order to you in the quickest and most effective manner possible. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping options and pricing. 

Do you ship outside the US?

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the U.S. 

How do I know if my order has shipped and how do I track it?

Generally, a shipping confirmation email and text message is sent to our customers. If you don’t receive an email or text message from us you can contact our customer care department at help@livedurable.com. 

Am I eligible for free shipping?

Free shipping promotions (whether on specific products or sitewide) is only offered on domestic U.S. shipments. No coupon code is required.
